I see, and i agree that makes some sense OO buys them from G7, they get the cashflow they need to survive and they rent them from OO to operate...

I don’t see why INC would help out G7 right now.
Did UA agreed to give OO more flying/extended contracts/more175’s (thus all the transitions) in return for OO essentially saving G7 from bankruptcy by taking over their liabilities?
If not, why wouldn’t INC just wait for G7/TSH to go completely under and then buy the airframes for pennies on the dollar?
Maybe this already happened? I wonder how much INC paid for each airframe.
