I think we set the bar (low) for voluntary measures. That was why I was against 20-03. Plus the no metrics part, I still kept my "no" vote on it.
If not for the bullet point release of 20-04, I think 20-03 would have been defeated. Oh well, we live with it now. If we ever have to go down the voluntary path again, this will be the benchmark for us I'm afraid. At least it was a close vote with very good participation. That should be telling to the kompany.
I think 20-04 will pass no problemo. Really don't see a downside to it right now. Let's see what the full language has to say.
