I had other posts and points you ignored, you can start there, or not. You're not building any credibility here as a honest participant in the conversation. After a couple days I'll go back and answer one question I'll choose from your earlier posts in kind.
Others have pointed out, so i will echo, we already have rj rates in the contract so stop saying probably as if you have to guess. Who spoon feeds you dumbed down out of date information about the industry? I dont actually care, so don't answer, but you should have him spoon feed you where to find your contract in the ipad and how to find the compensation tables.
