Even if Biden wins it looks like Senate stays as-is, which would mean little to no stimulus anytime soon. And any stimulus Dems put forward will be contested (watered down). Some could even argue all the airline’s except maybe one avoided furloughs on their own, so no stimulus needed for the industry. Gonna be an interesting 2021 for airline industry, hang on for the ride.
I'd prefer limited or no covid stimulus to a total shift of government. The green new deal has no place for aviation, they could easily let us wither on the vine, or worst case cap us at current levels... 40% pre-covid. While that kind of extremism might well get overturned in 2-4 years due to backlash, the damage would be done.
