Well it is time to start having a serious conversation about significant givebacks to help counter all the damage we do burning jet fuel. Payroll deductible carbon offsets perhaps? On top of that, a much smaller industry makes sense. Hourly service between city pairs? That is a luxury the planet can no longer afford. For all of us that must therefore transition out of the industry, learn coding or something like that. That can hold us over until the good paying new green energy jobs come on line.
