I am interested in Air wisconsin becasue I live in Philly and they have a base at PHL. Can anyone help me with the following questions :

1) as a new hire, what are the odds of getting PHL as a base ?
2) I have 650 TT and 250 ME. Can I get considered ? or should I investigate a bridge program ?
3) if I should look at a bridge program, which ones ?
