I read it that they will get the 30 hours a month regardless if they are on MLOA to start with if they are in the bottom 1721. Then once recalls start happening they will be able to bypass the recall while on MLOA and keep getting the 30 hours of pay until all of them have been offered a position. Once that happens and the company goes to inverse assignment recalls they will keep the 30 hours of pay until the inverse gets to them at which point they will no longer get the 30 hours but be able to stay on MLOA up to 8 years thanks to LOA 20-03.
