How’s the flow at SkyWest or Republic? The WOs take a lot of heat for having a flow when it’s not working out, but WO pilots have the same chance of hopping on at UA or DL as any other regional.

And when flow actually is working, it does a great job of keeping the list moving. Oh yeah, and putting huge amounts of pilots at AA without an interview is cool too.
