You are missing the point of what I was trying to convey. Because everyone else is simply flowing to AA, the individual that wants another path is limited because he's not able to network as effectively for places other than AA. So that individual does NOT have the same chance for places other than AA.

If you're having trouble understanding this, I'm guessing you don't work at a WO. I came to a WO because it was convenient for where I lived and really didn't give a rip about flow. But once here, it's frustrating. I don't think I've flown with a single pilot that's gone to UA or DL. I've flown with one that went to FedEx. A couple that went to Spirit. Everyone else I've kept up with is either still here or flowed to AA. That doesn't make for great networking to get out to somewhere other than AA.
