Flow is great until it’s not. I think it’s important to note a lot of folks got out before the flow to other carriers. Be like those folks, volunteer, continue education, get in the training department, and push to get a new job before the flow, because that flow date can disappear overnight.

I'm not saying no ones goes elsewhere. I'm saying fewer. Far fewer. And that means less internal recs elsewhere. I was taking issue with the notion your chances are the same as someone from a non-WO, not that you can't. I see replies saying "you can still do it"... well yeah, but that doesn't dispute what I'm saying either.
