The reason there’s so many at AA is because... there’s a flow. That’s the point.
Also I’m at a WO and I know several people at DL and FX and UA. I may not fly with them, but that’s because they left. Networking isn’t just flying with people who are about to move on. There’s a heck of a lot more you can do, just not everyone wants to put forth the effort.
If you were working at a non-WO, you would know more elsewhere without 'the effort'.
As I said, you can still do it. Your chances are less though. You guys are so blinded by your flow you're not seeing that there is a difference.
