Seniority was moving at every Regional. Did not need flow for that, almost everywhere in 2019 you could upgrade as soon as you met the mins. Going back to my original post, the negative of flow is having to accept lower pay and QOL at most WOs because of it. Management was just not willing to make big contract gains because they considered Flow a big part of your compensation. Unfortunately you are paying for that compromise now.
I mean at least at PSA as a lineholder with SAP quality of life was pretty solid, and the pay was and still is pretty good. What burned us was that with all the movement no one cared much to fight to improve reserve since it was only a relatively short term thing to endure.
Hindsight is always 20-20, but if I could predict the future I'd just win the lottery hahaha.
