All OAI Pilots and Flight Attendants,
Omni would like to purchase Thanksgiving meals for our crews out flying on Thursday November 26th 2020 and Christmas meals for crews out on December 25th 2020. If your crew is flying through meal time on the holiday it is acceptable to use your judgment to purchase a meal before flying or the next day. This year we ask that you not gather in large groups so each crewmember may pay on their individual OAI credit card. Use reasonable judgment on expense for beverage, appetizer, entrée and dessert - around $50 per person max. No alcohol on the company tab please.
Pilots should send their receipts to xxxxxxx. and flight attendants to xxxxx
