Post #54 he states that to pay each furloughed pilot guarantee each month would cost each non furloughed pilot $2560/mo. Thats a big chunk of money each month for a pilot group that a good portion of feels they have already given enough via the companies overstaffing. So I'm saying if the majority of the pilot group feels that $2560/mo is too much, then I would gladly take half of that on furlough which is what the ETO guys get each month. That would probably entice more members to vote yes to this proposal. Do you think more guys would be happy with $2560/mo taken out of their pay or $1280/mo taken out?
