Pardon my ignorance, but until recently my airline has been mostly a one-base, one-type kinda affair so everyone gets the same pack.

And we weren't issued binders, either. My old OfficeMax binders are falling apart, and I was wondering if I should spring for new ones before my class date. Does XJ provide Jepp binders to new-hires, or some cheap plastic binder, or just plates with a rubber band holding them together?
