Issue being that some people think they are getting in on the ground floor of "something big" by getting hired by an ACMI operator with Amazon contract. Hoping against hope that somehow Amazon will morph into a single carrier operator, and they will be an urchin turned into a prince. Nope, most likely they got themselves into a perpetual whipsaw game. The best way out of that merry go round (assuming that individual desires a long term airline career) is to get hired by brand name operator.
There is a lot of truth behind this statement. Amazon will be no FedEx or UPS; at least by way of pay and benefits.
