Management really did a good job at quickly re-tasking the planes that were on programs that lost flying, and they captured enough work elsewhere to keep everybody employed with no furloughs, and even managed to run a few new hire classes during the year.
Job security/stability has value too.
Even then, there is always room for improvement.
Any updated info as far as when classes might start up again?
