Yep pretty much. Time till tell. When the industry turns around breeze will have to up the pay and compete like a real major or it will be a never ending revolving door. Training costs will skyrocket and the brand they want to build will suffer. We shall see.
Today, a lot of guys are on the street. Breeze is attracting a lot of former TSH folks plus some of the recent hires at AA. From what I've heard, they are not requiring resignation letters, which would have been an obvious deal breaker
