Today, a lot of guys are on the street. Breeze is attracting a lot of former TSH folks plus some of the recent hires at AA. From what I've heard, they are not requiring resignation letters, which would have been an obvious deal breaker

They don't want people to stay at Breeze, keeps costs down.

They are forcing FA's to enroll in college in the hopes of them pursuing a different career after 4 years.
