Exactly. I think it gets real interesting 2-5 yrs from now assuming the industry turns around at 2-3 yrs. While breeze has pay scales that go to 2025, I'm curious to see if they really hold to that and risk a mass exodus. The pilots they've hired are by and large young enough to jump ship for a better major and not give it a second thought if this pay remains where it is later. I doubt most of their hires want to wait around for years and years to get a fair wage.
I’ll be willing to bet a fully stocked snack basket that they will create some sort of pilot pipeline with UVU like they are doing with FAs. Mesa did something similar back in the early 2000s with their Mesa Pilot Development program.
