I won’t be participating this year, but I always felt that people should post their actual block hours flown if they are going to post income. For a more fair comparison, it should be income + DC + matching + perdiem / actual block hours flown.
Also time away from home. Flying one hour sitting for 48 and then flying back may only block 2.0 and pay 15 but how long away from home and family is a matrix I like to see.
