CSR is tough to beat if you have high travel/dining spend. Effectively a 4.5% return if you redeem through their travel portal.
The $300 annual travel rebate effectively brings annual fee down to $250. It was $450 but went to $550 this year.
A few other perks like Lyft Pink and DashPass have been useful to me as well.
I can justify the $550 because I can use the Chase freedom unlimited or flex to get the 3% or 5% categories that transfer to the Sapphires which makes the trifecta more valuable. Plus the $300 travel credit can be used for groceries right now which helps.
