Is that not what envoy has been doing since 2015
The flight file changes sure. But it also changes at American depending upon demand and seasonality of certain markets. Envoy has the same bases as AA and has had them throughout its history. All of a sudden Envoy didn't decide to open a DEN base and close it a year later like some of these transient contract carriers.
