No. Aviate is just a tool to attract new pilots to exclusive UAX regionals in the hopes of keeping the feed staffed in return for the possibility of a shortened path. United doesn’t care where people come from as long as they come and meet the requirements. People working for a regional that carries United passengers are the same as someone from corporate, the military, freight, or any other background. We’re all just pegs in a hole.
