Good grief to you. Covid deniers/hoaxers like you have a problem with simple numbers and reading comprehension.
The DM article quoted CDC, and since DM wasn't good for you, I posted the actual CDC total death count.
I'll say it slow so even you can understand:
2.8 million dead in 2018 OVERALL
2.83 million dead in 2019 OVERALL
Those are the "normal" TOTAL death numbers in two years. Annually, we lose about 2.8 to 2.9 million people from ALL causes. This is total deaths.
But 2020 is 3.2 million total deaths. The average of 2.8 to 2.9 million deaths total was exceeded. Something set that off, and the additional ~350k deaths are from Covid 19. And then you had all the other deaths that you'd normally have in America every year, 2.8-2.9 million.
The whole point of this exercise is to DISPROVE Covid deniers like you who keep insisting Covid hasn't killed more than the normal expected deaths of Americans in a year, and that Covid deaths are counted as people dying with covid as opposed to from covid.
Fine, IF that was true, then overall you should still have seen 2.8 to 2.9 million dead Americans total for 2020.
That clearly was not the case. Total deaths for 2020 from all causes was 3.2 million.
Clear as mud?
I’ve come to realize you are literally in a yelling match with that crazy bum from the corner store. He cant even understand numbers my man, he cray cray
