To add insult to injury our cancellations and on-time performance is getting out of hand. I do not remember the last time I was on time and my last 4 day trip had 4 cancellations! That's good news. It demonstrates our commitment to never compromise safety despite the possible repercussions. The problem is that some people still don't seem to get it. They are still calling dispatch/ops multiple times to do somebody else's job. It really isn't safe to pressure a dispatcher into forcing through the load data when they are not sure of it themselves... It needs to be left to those who are trained, qualified and
paid to do the job. It's getting better but we need to keep up the effort to never compromise safety.
