Post PBS training was free before. So the TA actually saved everyone's bacon on that because the company COULD have paid everyone 0. You seem to have a poor understanding of your contract, file a PDR and they will explain it to you.
“Poor understanding” of a contract says the guy who had to PDR to get an answer to the very same question. I used to know the contract fairly well. Now only when needed if it directly applies to the moment. Why should I waste effort to memorize a contract when now it’s a just bargaining chip at whim of an MEC who see’s it from the company’s point of view?
Regarding going to training for free before or after schedule production I’m waving the BS flag on that one. 3-E-2 for starters. 9-J comes in handy as well.
