Here is another tactic if you want something to do online--there are lots of investing websites out there (google finance, bloomberg, etc. etc.) that let users start forums/threads about stocks...similar to e-mail spammers, one could (100% legally and anonymously) try to fan the flames over how a strike would "cripple the company"...better yet, if you have any friends in local media in the hub cities (or outstations with no other good air service), try to get articles (with anonymous sources of course) about the number of jobs that would be lost if a hub shut down, or the loss of good air service that would be lost if a strike happened in an outstation city. They're all long-shots, but might as well try if you're bored.
