HERE IS THE TEXT FROM THE LOA4. Post-Award Training Pay

Sections 3-E-2-a and 3-E-2-b shall be replaced in their entirety with the following:

3-E-2-a A Lineholder shall receive pay (applied to PTC and LPV) equal to the pay value

of the Trip(s) dropped, but no less than three (3) hours of pay per day for training of five

(5) days or more, excluding recurrent training.

3-E-2-b A Reserve shall receive pay (applied to LPV) equal to five hours (5:00) for each

reserve day dropped, but no less than three (3) hours of pay per day for training of five

(5) days or more, excluding recurrent training.
