Would the variable plan concept “make no doubt about it we would be approving a CONCEPT to be negotiated “designed” with with the company later” be any different?
Very astute. Was it like ASAP in contract '06. We would talk about it, but it was not mandated until contract '11. Did we have to negotiate ASAP twice? Will we learn from the past?
