Most of the Hilton properties don't care if we are crew member. I just tell them that I'm gold status, and I'll get the discounted or free hot breakfast. Of course this is all pre covid, so who knows when hot buffet breakfast is coming back. Only a couple of times, I've been able to access the Marriott lounge with the gold status.
