Breaking a contract, or other non-flight related discipline, cannot be in a PRIA report.

If it is (always request your copies), and you get denied a job, you just won the lawsuit lottery.

However, a company can always call another company for a reference check...that's not prohibited or protected by PRIA. What the previous employer discloses is up to him...he just can't send it in response to PRIA.
