Yeah, there's a shortage of people willing to pay for training and then work for regional entry-level wages. It used to be worth putting up with for a few years...but the few years has gotten longer, and the pot of gold at the end is now considerably smaller.
No shortage at the majors...they may not be getting as many resumes from experienced space-shuttle pilots as they'd like, but they all have stacks of them from people with glass/jet PIC time. Except maybe United

Would this not be a Great Argument as to why our wages and QOL needs to improve at the regional level, why isnt ALPA making this a top priority seems as if alot of us are going to be at the regionals a lot longer than planned
