ORD is staffed similar to how it was pre-COVID while flying still hasn't quite rebounded to pre-COVID numbers so we're still running a bit on the fat side over here. Big displacement from DTW and small one from MSP brought around 30 into the base.

Overall flying and, in particular, AA flying in ORD increased significantly in March with the "new" 700s starting to come online. That's not to say ORD would be attainable to a new hire or whatever they're calling the people in training now but staffing levels in the base would indicate a further increase in flying, or that the company botched the staffing. Which is completely possible.

Who knows what they'll be offering base wise in the future. Things change on a dime. Good luck!
