Because that's what management says constantly, to lower expectations and detach our wants from what real airlines get.
Btw, they closed the "gaming centers", stopped building the resort (said they will make no further investment), and are shopping the golf course crap to buyers. Claim they are all in on the airline now, because that's where the money is going to be made in the next few years as travel rebounds.
