EXCO was absolutely right to refuse to engage in concessions, but to not agree to a second ETO? Why EXCO agreed to the first voluntary time off agreement, but then refused to extend it into the fall when it became clear that the recovers was still months away still doesn't make sense to me - all it did was accelerate the furloughs.
Two sides to every story. To make those voluntary time off happen it was going to negate seniority and several other poison pills.
