175 has a few max temps, but mostly cold temperature limitations. None that would create an issue from an operational standpoint in Phoenix.

Unless you’re referring to some potential performance issues in hot weather? Single engine climb gradient issues? It does have a tendency to climb like a dog in the summer.
Company pages on the EFB give you max ops temperatures at airports like PHX. Good to go if you are below those temps.
