For the first six months of our first pay rate increase (which came not 1 year, but 18 months after that first CBA was implemented) we were on the 3% slope. We've been behind it ever since, with the gap growing bigger ever since.

Industry leading? Hardly.

But it's time to fix that, and actually become the industry leader you think we are. It will require high expectations and unflinching determination on our part, but we can do that.
