Correct in the fact you have no seat lock. However, if you take the move package
and bid another domicile within 18 months, you are obligated to reimburse the company the costs of the move. Inside of 12 months = 100%. It's prorated from the 13 to 18 month point. Greater than 18 months = no payback. Also, if you fail to complete your move within 12 months, you must reimburse the company 100% of any relocation costs.
All dates referenced in the contract are effective dates, not actual move or training dates. See pages 182 and 183 (Article 12) of the hard copy for details.
