Pancakes, raise FAE, variable benefit plan, whatever...I'm flexible. I'm willing to support any of these plans as long as they are demonstrable improvements to our original 1999 A-Plan. The lack of A Plan improvements in contract 2015 is what drove me to vote no then and will likely push me to vote no on our next contract too.
