you also have to consider the majority of MSP fo's were hired in 07 and some of them will be FO's for a while. I would guess that with a March 1 move date reserve in MSP will be at least 6 months. That is just my guess. SAAB hiring is slowing so movement from the SAAB to the Jet is slowing. (at least MSP CA and FO's) If more SAAB MSP CA's start taking the jet is when the senior MSP FO's will take the upgrade and make more movement for MSP FO's.
