As for places to work, Frontier isn't too bad, think somewhere along the lines of JetBlue and not as rah rah as Southwest.

As for the future of the company, its going to be an interesting year, but the airline will be around at the end of it. Lots of changes going on right now but the new CEO seems to know what he is doing and is making some very difficult but what seem to be very good decisions. So much can change in a year so only time will tell.

Now, I would never expect a passenger carrier to ever be as stable as a cargo carrier, but it seems like you don't like the way things are going at current job. Like I said, lots of changes going on, but things seem to be trending in a positive direction.

Denver is a great place to live and there are much worse places to work. Unless you don't want to deal with the unpredictability of the airline industry, I'd say take the job, you'll probably enjoy it at F9.
