That is a tough question and the only one that can answer that (and live with the decision) is you.
I would caution you on the "grass is greener"-itis that affects many in this business. Frontier and $95K might seem like a good thing, but once you get there, it might turn out to be just like the job you are considering leaving.
One thought, cargo companies (and a select few passanger airlines) didn't furlough after 9/11. It it happens again, you might be leaving the job you wished you had in the future.
