I happened to have my digital camera with me... when i was looking at the traffic lights after the accident, i noticed that even when they turn RED on me... it is NOT HER GREEN yet... so i recorded it and i have it with me... (
http://www.venetubo.com/v/337) in the video you can see the light on green at the begining, and then when it turns RED i focus the camera on HER traffic lights... it shows RED yet... i recorded the same sequence 3 times.... when i tried to explain that to the police officer, she said that lights work by sensors, so i can't just say that after my light is RED her light was RED too because it is not always like that... so i could not do anything about this.... i know i ran the light on GREEN... not even yellow, but GREEN. Im 100% sure she was distracted talking with her family or her son whoever it was and she just ran the light without noticing... in my case i was alone going back to Dominos after making a delivery, i was not talking on the phone or anything like that....
