The only thing that would hurt him would be a reckless driving attached, or of course, alcohol.
His Insurance, though, is about to double or triple, so he needs to get this taken care of.
I rear-ended a car that cut me off, other driver was injured...listed as my fault (you can't prove someone cut you off), never questioned in an interview or the interview for my Gov't security clearance for that matter. S-happens out there on the road, everyone knows that.

I think i have no way to remove that ticket from me... I just called a lawyer who advertises himself on the phone guide... he pretty much said im screwed up if there are no witnesses...
i feel so alone in the world right now... over 2 years working overtime in Dominos to pay for school and my efficiency... damn i wish i could have rich parents so i didn't have to be risking myself that much on the street every day...
