PS... to the poster that said you did not have to disclose an arrest, I think I'd rather disclose it rather than not tell them, get hired and later get fired from a 121 job and have that on my pilot record... that would make life pretty much impossible...

My point in pulling my FBI record was to see if I did need to disclose the arrest. If nothing showed up, I would have alot more flexibility in downplaying the issue. But, it does show, and I need to be prepared to talk about it. HR cannot ask about an arrest, but they can ask if you've ever been
charged with a crime. If you say "NO", and they find the arrest record, out of ground school you go.
