well good thing you have a perfect understanding of how it works. Flight schools traditionally have a 90% white men enrollment. United bought its own flight school that aims to have a 50% white men/50% other. They are actively looking for people that fit into the other category. The won’t tell people “no” because they are white but are actively looking to get others into the door of aviation which is traditionally white men. The people who enter through aviate training academy will still ave to do all the training and meet the same minimums as everyone else before starting at United.
