^^^ Listing yourself as a Captain on a CL65, you should be smart enough to understand that hourly pay doesn't mean much when calculating actual pay. If you really think that a Skywest pilot takes home the same as a Mesa pilot, you need to study up on a thing called "work rules" and how they can effect a pilot's pay.
I wouldn't go so far as saying that hourly pay doesn't mean "much when calculating actual pay" but there is something to be said for work rules that are able to be changed at the whim of management as well.
