I've got vacation in March and I expanded out to knock out some trips. I didn't protect min days off for training. I just got my training schedule and they put my training in my vacation expansion time and still charged me for the V-day that I used to knock out my expansion trip. Is this legal per the contract? Sec 11.E.4 - says they can't make me train or travel to train during my vacation period.
yeah I know don't bid vacation during training...
Did you bid that slot ? If not they can't put training in a Vacation or expansion footprint. If you expand from say Mar 6 all the way to the 20th to knock out your last trip, they should not put training anywhere in that footprint.
Call training !
