So you think PS commuting (accomplished outside Section 6) is a bad thing? Many would disagree.
A good MEC will find opportunities for contractual improvements in many places, only some if which are within Section 6.
LOA 20-04 is a perfect example of improving our professional lives when the opportunity presents itself. I applaud our MEC and negotiators for getting it done.
